2020 Intentions

This year I approached my “resolutions” in a new way. I decided to write some affirmations instead. Here are a few of them:

  • I am well rested and energized. I am not a robot but a human being who needs rest to excel.

  • I am active and love to get movement in everyday. I love yoga, running, and hiking.

  • I am a traveller and explorer of the near and far.

  • I am a creative bringing value to people’s lives.

  • I am an avid reader who takes time to broaden my mindset daily.
